The J.O.Y. Center (Just Older Youth) and the Key Largo Library will sponsor Intro to Ukulele JOY every Thursday in the month of September from 12:30 to 1:30 in the Community Room at Key Largo Library.
There is no charge for these classes and a limited number of Ukuleles are available to borrow.
Very basic skills will be introduced, including how to hold, tune, and strum a Ukulele. The different sizes of Ukuleles will be discussed and how to choose the right one for you.
You will learn at least 4 chords, and 4 songs by the end of the 4 classes.
