Come learn FamilySearch’s newly revised research site. In 2017, FamilySearch discontinued its microfilm circulation services with its commitment to make billions of documents accessible digitally. Monroe County Public Library, as an affiliated library with FamilySearch, has advanced research capabilities over the home version of their site.

“Debbie Duay received her Ph.D. in Adult Education from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in 2007. She has 20 years of experience in genealogy, and she has taught numerous workshops throughout the United States on researching early American ancestry. Debbie is the Florida State Society DAR First Vice Regent and a State Co-Chairman of the Lineage Research Committee.
