Online Gentle Yoga
Lori Dye, Islamorada Library’s popular yoga teacher, is providing her classes online. Please note her new schedule:
Mondays 9:30 a.m. – Slow Flow / Mindful Movement
Tuesdays 9:30 a.m. – Stretch & Breathe
Thursdays 9:30 a.m. – Gentle Yoga
These classes are donation-based and intended for all! Please let Lori know if you would like access to her classes. The easiest way to get access is to follow Lori on Facebook on the Village Of Islands Yoga page. You can message a request to her there.
In the class, she will work with focused, intentional breathing techniques and fundamental poses that build strength, stability and balance. You will cultivate a balance between energy and inner peace & calm on and off the yoga mat. The class is free or by donation.
Lori Dye is a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Known for her warm and inviting teaching style, she engages and challenges students to be mindful and listen to their bodies. Lori enjoys bringing stillness and movement together on the mat. She offers modifications in her classes, making yoga accessible to all. She has taught many styles of yoga to all ages and levels of yogis in Canada, New York, Vermont, South Carolina and Florida. The practice of yoga is her passion, her way of life and she loves to share it with others.
