The Key West Writers Guild will discuss and read selections from their anthology More Words from the End of the Road: An Anthology of Short Stories and Poems from the Key West Writers Guild.

Café con Libros is a weekly event featuring local and independent authors accompanied by coffee in the Key West Library’s beautiful Palm Garden. All presentations begin at 10am.

Novelist and journalist Robin Lloyd will give an illustrated talk about his new book, Hidden Cargo, at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, December 6 at the Key West Public Library.

Lloyd is also the author of Rough Passage to London: A Sea Captain’s Tale, and Harbor of Spies. Lloyd has been involved in television journalism for more than forty years, working on camera as both a news reporter on the local and national level. A veteran correspondent for NBC News for nearly fifteen years, he filed reports from more than thirty countries.

A book signing will follow the presentation, and copies of the new novel will be available for purchase. Free to attend. Seating is limited.
