How we can help – even if you’re not in the library
Staff from the Monroe County Library are here to help you with your questions and requests – even if you’re not in a library building.
Having trouble trying to borrow a book, with a charge on your account, making a request for materials or accessing one of our electronic resources?
You can Ask a Librarian for help – via chat, text or email. Monroe County Public Library staff are available here from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Do you want a book or DVD that we don’t have in the collection? Try Inter-Library Loan! We’ll do our best to get that item for you. If you’re having trouble making the request, remember you can contact us at your local branch, via AskALibrarian, or email us at info@keyslibraries.org.
See something that you think we should have in our collection? You can suggest a purchase online. We love hearing from our patrons about what you want to read.
