D&D is an outlet for creativity, encourages social interaction between people, fosters reading comprehension and critical thinking skills. Dungeons and Dragons is a table top RPG (role playing game). A single player plays as the Dungeon Master, creating a world that the players interact with. Players act as a group adventurers working together to complete quests, slay monsters, and achieve their own personal goals. The game doesn’t require anything other than a few books, paper and pencils, and some dice (oh and a good imagination).
