“Seeing the cosmic dawn: the first images from NASA’s James Webb Telescope” — July 12 at 4PM
This illustrated talk is presented by Solar System Ambassador Kevin Gallagher in the library’s auditorium and livestreamed on http://facebook.com/KeyWestLibrary. This presentation coincides with the official release of these images by NASA on the morning of July 12.
NASA Administrator Bill Nelson says the images will give a “new view of the cosmos that we have never seen before. One of the images will be the deepest image of our Universe ever taken — further than humanity has ever looked into space.”
