Sofia Talvik Concert – Wednesday, April 10
Swedish singer-songwriter Sofia Talvik will perform at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, at the Key West Library Palm Garden. The garden is next to the Library, at 700 Fleming St. In inclement weather, the concert will be inside the Library.
Described as Americana folk with Swedish roots, unmistakably Nordic in flavor, Talvik somehow still conforms to American interpretations of her own original music, a North Sea siren blending sparkle and melancholy, creating a special niche of folk music.
The concert is free and open to the public. You do not have to have a Monroe County Public Library Card to attend.
