We’re Back At Big Pine – Join Us Saturday For An Open House
The Big Pine Key branch is back open as of today, June 6, after a complete refurbishment – new floors, new paint, new bookshelves, new furniture.
What hasn’t changed is our staff and our commitment to helping the patrons of this and every library branch get the materials they need for information, entertainment and personal and professional enrichment.
Stop in any time during our regular hours – and if you can, please join us on Saturday, June 10, for our open house to celebrate our renewal.
Celebrations begin at 10 a.m. with remarks from County Commissioner Michelle Lincoln and County Administrator Roman Gastesi – and a book chain where volunteers can help us restock some of our shelves.
There will be story times for the little ones at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and staff will be available throughout the day for tours and demonstrations of technology.
