Winter Reading Is On – With A Big Prize At The End

We had so much fun giving out prizes and hearing about what everyone was reading during Summer Break that we decided to do Winter Reading!

It’s just like Summer Reading where you exchange your weekly reading log for a prize, but we’ve added a twist! Your weekly log is also an entry to our giveaway – a splendid quilt donated to us by Quilters in Paradise – so be sure to fill out a new log each week! We’re rewarding all reading, whether your week has one line filled out or spills onto the back of the page. Winter Reading runs November 12 through January 11. And, to answer the most important question: yes, we do have winter-themed rubber duckies!

Our very enthusiastic staff member Gordon is very excited about Winter Reading – and the special poem all about him!

A gourd with google eyes, a hat and red nose and a name tag that says Gordon. A poem about Gordon the red-nosed gourd.
