Mahjong is played at the library on Tuesdays from 10AM until noon in the community room on the first floor. The group welcomes all skill levels!
Playing Mahjong has several benefits such as:
- Keeps dementia at bay.
- Decreases possibility of depression.
- Improves hand-eye coordination.
- Trains concentration and pattern recognition.
- Helps benefit short-term memory
