Tools to Quit is a group designed to address all aspects of nicotine addiction, in addition to helping people develop a quit plan and identify a quit date. This group addressed psychological and behavioral dependence. Free nicotine replacement is available/provided to address a person’s physical dependence to tobacco. Studies show that group counseling combined with nicotine replacement can more than double a person’s chances of quitting and staying quit. Hosted by AHEC RN Beth Dunlap.
