Meet the Author: Jerry Wilkinson

Adventures in History is a documentary short film that reflects on the importance of unearthing history and the unlikely quest of a single man. Called “a national treasure” and a “Pied Piper of history,” nonagenarian Jerry Wilkinson spent decades saving the history of the Florida Keys from being forgotten, and in the process became a local legend. With the participation of colleagues from Florida Keys museums and archives, and his wife Mary Lou, the film provides a look into the life of a singularly curious and charismatic adventurer.
